We connect our students with mentorship opportunities. Being exposed to a variety of possible career paths allows children to fall in love with what they will do professionally in life. Being able to see yourself in one of those roles is important to every child understanding they too can achieve whatever they want when they make a choice and stick to it. Therefore having a successful mentor who looks like the student to help guide them in that role is important to their long-term success.
Coupling these students with positive mentors will increase their self-awareness and awareness of others around them.
